Terms and conditions

Reservations, Deposits and Final Payment:

Reservations require deposit of 50% of rental fee at booking, confirmation will be mail upon receipt.
Final Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

All reservations made 60 days or less to arrival date require Payment in Full.
A refundable security deposit of $500.00 USD is required.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Cancellation request made after deposits have been received is subject to a cancellation fee of $500.00 USD, 60 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made at less than 60 days prior to arrival date are not refundable, unless Villa is rented for same dates.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.

Guest are solely responsible for obtaining proper documentation of travel to Mexico.

Tourist to Mexico should be aware and respect the laws of Mexico to avoid any cause for inconvenience .

ACCOMODATIONS:

In the event that the property becomes unavailable due to circumstance beyond our control. Villa Mary Lou, will have the option of moving the reservation to a like property, or will refund the deposit in full.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Neither Villa Mary Lou or other Villa owners shall be held responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage to any person(s) or property of persons occupying any rental property.
The rights of any person seeking recourse against the property owner shall be governed by the courts of Mexico having the proper jurisdiction.
The property owners shall in no way be responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guest occupying its rental property for actions of it’s neighbors or surrounding area.
All information regarding the Villa is deemed to be true and reliable. Changes in items or décor may occur from time to time and such changes will not void or alter the terms of the rental agreement.

The number of guest stipulated on the rental voucher is the maximum number of guest allowed to stay at the property. If more guest arrive than stated on the rental voucher, they may be denied occupancy or an extra person charge may apply.

Rental occupants will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guest, or to the property or to the contents of the property during their stay.

No pets will be allowed in the rental property without the written constent of the owner prior to the arrival.

Unlawful activities, boisterous or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
